Designer Jerry Garner has a long history as an Outdoor Professional.
His activities in the Rocky Mountains have been of great value to TOPS Knives regarding the development and testing of new products.
Jerry has almost 30 years of Real Field Time Experience with a variety of groups including Fish and Wildlife, US Forest Service, BLM, Colorado and Idaho Division of Wildlife, Idaho State Park Service, Undercover Wildlife Enforcement in Idaho, as a Professional Outfitter, and he has worked as a 'Hot Shot' Firefighter.
Jerry is also a Black Belt in Southard Combat Systems and president of the local archery club. He presently practices acupuncture in Idaho Falls, on both people and animals, with a long line-up. He is a long time friend of TOPS Knives and hunts buffalo in his spare time!
The term "Game Guide" is often synonymous with "Game Ranger", depending on where in the world you operate.
