We must receive the returned item within 30 days of the date you took delivery.
It is your responsibility to check to see that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for when you receive your order. Used items may note be returned. All returned items must be in new condition and include all of the original packaging.
Please do not ship anything back to us without a return authorization. All returns must first be authorized so we can give you detailed instructions on where to send your item(s). Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (inbound and outbound) and arranging shipment of returned items.
If you want to return an item, simply contact us to request a return authorization, and be sure to include your order number. Please do not phone-in a return request. After we receive your return request, we'll send you an email with detailed instructions for your return. Return authorizations normally take at minimum 2 business days to process. After we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
For credit card purchases, your returned merchandise will be credited directly back to your original payment method you used: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. If you paid via gift certificate, you will receive a merchandise credit good for a future purchase.
