We ship everything ground. We usually ship FedEx ground or UPS ground, and once in a while we will ship USPS. For very large and heavy items (a fully assembled treadmill, for example) we may ship via a number of freight services, such as EDI.

Ground shipments usually take 2-8 business days to arrive to you, depending on where you live and which warehouse your order ships out of. Sorry, in most cases we are not able to express ship your order.

We do our best to get your order out FAST, however once in a while it will take us a few extra days. You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the order status page.

Please note: we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. If you require something to be sent to a APO/FPO address, you may consider ordering from us using a forwarding service.

Please note: We cannot ship to locations outside the United States, sorry. However, if you live outside the USA and would like to ship to a USA address, we can do that!

Most of the time your shipment will arrive as expected without any problems. 99% of the time orders go smoothly, but hey we are human and not perfect ok? If you do run into a problem, please just contact us and let us know - we'll do are best to fix it for you ASAP! If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us immediately.
